Tulle, Bows, Pearls & Ice Cream

Being an Arkansas Wedding Photographer, it can be hard to imagine create anything similar to what a Palm Springs Wedding photographer would. Except here, in the middle of Bentonville, Arkansas, there is the cutest little Ice Cream shop called Superfine Sweet Shoppe. It’s got these amazing bright and vibrant walls and art work. As colorful wedding photographers ourselves, we literally squealed with excitement.

I had this vision of creating a fun editorial inspired wedding shoot, since 2024 is all about colorful wedding trends. During the pandemic, I took it upon myself to design and sew this beautiful yellow tulle gown for a different photoshoot. It was too good to only use once, and knew it would be the perfect item to take this shoot to the next level. To finish off this look, we created this tulle bow, and got some beautiful pearl accessories. Now all we needed was a fun model couple to party with us.

Brisa and Jonathan are some good friends of ours who got married almost 2 years ago. They were adventurous enough to see the vision, and create this amazing inspirational shoot. So we got some ice cream and Superfine Sweet Shoppe was sweet enough to let us use their space. Pun intended.
