The couple, New Yorkers with Arkansas roots, wanted their wedding to reflect their deep love of nature and their environmentally conscious lifestyle. By centering their celebration at the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks, every moment felt grounded in the florals, greenery, and natural beauty that make this state so special.

Every element of their celebration was thoughtfully chosen with the environment in mind. From the very beginning, they were intentional about using locally sourced blooms to create a floral design that highlighted what naturally grows in Arkansas. The bride’s bouquet featured her favorite flowers (purple asters and goldenrods) tying the season and place into the heart of their day.

Instead of traditional paper or acrylic details, the couple opted for handmade pressed-floral table numbers, and their seating chart doubled as favors: seed packets filled with local wildflower seeds guests could take home and plant. These details not only reduced waste but also spread beauty back into the environment.
