The Best Arkansas Wedding Venues

Real Advice from an Arkansas Wedding Photographer

After nearly a decade photographing weddings all across Arkansas, I’ve seen how much your venue shapes the day. Not just by how it looks, but how it feels.

Whether you’re planning a modern museum wedding, and outdoor garden party, or a romantic vineyard celebration, these are venues I never get tired of photographing. Each one has it’s own energy, and each one shines in photos.

1. Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art

Modern. Architectural. Iconic.  If you want art, design, and a luxury experience to be part of your story, Crystal Bridges delivers. Between the architecture from the bridge, the reflections off the water, gorgeous outdoor trails, and don’t even get me started on the interior art galleries, it’s unlike anywhere else in Arkansas.

Photo tip: If you want to utilize the galleries for your wedding portraits, allow for at least 45 min for a good relaxed section of time where we can create those iconic portraits.

2. The Ballroom at I Street

Bright, classic, and timeless is how I’d describe this venue. The Ballroom at I Street is one of those places that always photographs beautifully. No matter the season, this venue provides versatility for any last minute weather changes. It’s clean white walls in the ballroom, and large windows make every detail pop, no matter what color palette you have. The outdoor courtyard makes for the most intimate garden parties. Just a dreamy venue all around.

Photo tip: If you’re worried about being seen by guests for first looks, the bridal getting ready space is big enough and cozy enough for moments like these.

3. Osage House

Osage House offers that perfect mix of architectural design and open spaces. It feels elevated but inviting. The chapel alone is a reason to have your ceremony here. Simply stunning backdrop, and the foliage in the background changes with the seasons as well. The reception hall also provides endless photo variety, and styling options for the day. For more intimate weddings, they also have another building called The Reserve that still provides the same feel.

Photo  tip: The sunsets here are EVERYTHING! If you love photos during golden hour, you’re definitely going to want to step outside for some here.

4. The Grand at Willow Springs

The Grand at Willow Springs feels like stepping into a modern fairytale tucked away in the quiet hills of Prairie Grove. With it’s crisp white exterior, sprawling green lawns, and stunning natural light pouring into every corner, this space is a dream for couples who want a clean & elegant backdrop they can make their own. Whether you’re planning a black tie celebration or something romantic and whimsical, this venue transforms beautifully to match your vision. Also the spacious bridal suite and thoughtful layout make the day flow seamlessly.

Photo  tip: There are so many spots to use for photos here, because the venue lives up to it’s name and is grand in size! Outdoors, indoors, the works.

5. Fair Haven at the Vineyards

Fair Haven at the Vineyards is pure magic! Think rolling vineyards, panoramic mountain views, and sunsets that feel straight out of a destination wedding without leaving Arkansas. It’s peaceful, intimate, and incredibly photogenic. The indoor reception space is bright and modern but still warm and inviting. The outdoor ceremony spaces give that soft, romantic villa feel. With the on-site cottages available, couples can turn their wedding into a weekend getaway surrounded by their favorite people. It’s the perfect blend of luxury and simplicity, and the views alone can convince anyone to say yes.

Photo tip: You have to take advantage of golden hour here. Truly gives that dreamy Italian villa vibe!

6. 21C Museum Hotel Bentonville

If you want your wedding to feel modern, creative, and a little unexpected, then 21C Museum Hotel Bentonville is the spot for you. It’s where contemporary art and celebration meet giving your day an elevated, gallery-style experience. Located right in downtown Bentonville, it’s surrounded by walkable city energy, gorgeous architecture, and endless creative photo opportunities.

Photo tip: The main gallery is perfect for creating true one of a kind artistic wedding portraits! And don’t even get me started on the floating paper installation. Gorgeous!

7. The Ledger Building

For couples who want something striking, unconventional, and full of personality, the Ledger Building in downtown Bentonville checks every box. Known as the worlds first bikeable building, it’s architectural design is modern, clean, and SUPER cool! With multiple indoor spaces that overlook the city skyline, it’s an easy favorite for elevating modern wedding visions.
